We are back in Niseko, Japan. Here, you live and breathe contradictions. Seeing the sun is like a rare and beautiful gift. Slashing through ultra light powder is a daily occurrence. Communication is never taken for granted. But most of all, the company is like-minded and the good times keep on rolling.
New Year's is always a a double edged sword for me. I not only have to reflect on the year past, but I also must face the inevitability of getting older. Have I done enough with my life? Do I share, love and care for others? Where am I going? Is my family proud of me? Am I proud of me...
Just the same as everyone else, the questions go mostly unanswered. Two things I know for sure: I live life on my own terms and I am loved. That is more than anyone can hope for.
