A Stowe Adventure

Pitch, I tell you! Pitch!
It was ever so nice to escape to a mountain that allows for you to want to slow down. Stowe Vermont is not only mean and fast, but the tree runs are pretty epic too. Seeing as the front four* were closed (boo.), we figured we could sneak our way down the glades in between. What we found was some untouched, foot deep snow on a steep, squirly run. It's not identified on the map, but it was one of the best runs I've had all season.

*the famous "Front Four" trails—Goat, Starr, Liftline and National

Happy times: first run, in the gondola.

A short ride to bliss.

Pre-gaming it with Eric and David.

In between Starr and National... somewhere...

Quaint Stowe.

Fun in the sun.

Peter, so serious. Not really.

Eric, making a break for it.
